Sales conditions
The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the our company as seller and customers as buyers. All deliveries of goods and services carried out during retention time of these general conditions are applicable. The buyer accepts these conditions by buying goods or services from the seller and so the conditions become effective.
Before placing an order you must register in our e-shop. The prices indicated on the site are applicable only for products bought through our on-line shop, prices in our store may differ.
Our e-shop does not include our entire stock, if you can not find any product do not hesitate to contact us.
How to shop? (standard way)
1.Choose a product from the cataloque.
You can look products up in categories (on the left side of the screen), by name or by the code of a product (up in the search box)
2.Cart
Place choosen products into your cart with as many clics on the icon of cart as needed on the line with the name of product .
3.Placing order
Your order will be send by clicking
4.Payment
When we have received your order we will then send you confirmation e-mail. The goods will be delivered according to the choosen delivery method.
5. Delivery
Standard method of delivery is by courier. Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when you placed your order or you can collect your parcel directly from our store.
6. All prices are without VAT.
Payment methods
Bank transfer payment. Your payment will be processed when your bank transfer is received. Once your payment is received we will dispatch your goods.
Cash on deliveryis the most convenient method which allows you to receive your package within 24 hours.
Other payment methods depend on agreement between seller and buyer when placing order.
Delivery methods
The prices indicated on the site do not include delivery fees. The choosen delivery costs are indicated for the buyer during the product selection. The shipping fees are individual.
Your order is completed when your bank transfer is received.
Guarantees
In the event of material or manufacturer’s defects of hardware products the warranty can be claimed straight from supplier. The standard warranty period is 2 years unless stated otherwise. In case of claiming guarantee follow steps stated in the certificate of warranty or contact us for further information.
Costumer agreement and Right of Retraction
In the event when selling goods is accomplished upon agreement dealing through e-shop on the internet the costumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from purchasing merchandise. Only in case when supplier has not provided costumer with information which is obliged to according to the § 53 Commercial code this period is 3 months from purchase made. If the costumer has been provided with information during the period, the 3 months period is finished and then the 14 days period commences.
The supplier has to be notified about withdrawal from agreement within this time period. The product must be returned in its original, undamaged, complete working condition with all accessories accompanied by your invoice to the supplier’s address. The costumer shall return the merchandise at his own expense. After withdrawal and return of merchandise the supplier undertakes to refund the price paid for merchandise. The agreement can be annuled only on condition stated in the Civil code (§49,§517,§597,§623,§679)
Protection of personal data
By registering on our site you agree to provide us with sincere and true information as it concerns you. Our company is strictly commited not to allow access to any of these information to a third party unless you give us a premission to do so. When registering you have the right to accept to receive our information concerning new products and occasional promotions. Other terms not mentioned in these conditions are governed by Commercial code.
Consent
Buyer respects and agrees that rights and duties between seller and buyer are along these terms and conditions governed by seller’s conditions, which are available in seller’s office or on his web site as well as procedures concerning guarantee regulations. Buyer confirms that before he placed order he has read, understood and accept these full terms and conditions, seller’s business conditions and guarantee regulations.
